SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for supporting our Jamaican boxing gym! Every purchase helps support our athletes. Please review our shipping policy, especially if you're ordering from outside Jamaica.
Order Fulfillment
Domestic Orders (Jamaica)
- Most products are produced and shipped directly from international fulfillment centers through our print-on-demand partner, Printify
- Local pickup or delivery may be arranged for Jamaica-based supporters – please contact us at support@boxing-connection.com before placing your order to discuss options
International Orders (USA, Canada, UK & Other Countries)
- We use Printify to fulfill and ship products directly from their partner locations worldwide
- Your order will be processed and shipped from the fulfillment center nearest to your shipping address whenever possible
- This helps reduce shipping times and costs for our international customers
Processing Time
- All orders require 2-7 business days for production, including printing and quality checks, before shipment
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
- Custom or complex orders may require additional processing time
Estimated Shipping Times (after production is complete)
- USA: 3-8 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- UK & Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the Printify fulfillment location
- If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages
- Each package will have its own tracking number
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country
- These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees
- We cannot predict or control these additional costs, as they are determined by your local customs office
- Please check with your country's customs office if you have questions about potential fees
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email
- Use this link to monitor your package's delivery progress
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after shipment
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@boxing-connection.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)
- We will work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout before completing your purchase
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately – we may be able to help if production has not yet started
