RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Boxing Connection – your purchases help empower and train our boxers. Please read our return policy carefully, especially if you are shopping from outside Jamaica.

Our Commitment

As a Jamaica-based organization, we strive to deliver quality products and an excellent customer experience. However, as a small fundraising initiative, we face logistical and financial challenges with international returns and exchanges.

Domestic Customers (Jamaica)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boxing-connection.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item

International Customers (USA, Canada, UK & Other Countries)

Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, all international sales are final unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (International Orders)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@boxing-connection.com with clear photos and your order number
  • If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund with shipping costs covered by us

We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing (please consult our size guide before purchasing)
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Personal preference

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our standard return policy based on your location

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
